Orders are packed and shipped within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
• Standard delivery arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 pay a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you a link the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Missing or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or a package arrives damaged, email hello@sortavi.com and we'll make it right.
