How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, and we ship within one business day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over $49.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo at hello@sortavi.com and we'll replace it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
