30-day returns
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start
- Email hello@sortavi.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style instead? Just say so in your email and we'll arrange the swap.
Good to know
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- If anything arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll replace it right away — no need to send it back.
